ECON 445 - Economics of Education This course focuses on theoretical models exploring the quantity and quality of education. It then explores empirical evidence supporting or in opposition to these theories. Special emphasis will be placed upon models of signaling, human capital choice, externalities to education, and peer effects. The goal of this course is to provide students with enough theoretical and empirical insight to develop their own research paper in the economics of education field.
