ENVS 455 - Environmental Law In-depth analysis of areas of environmental law that help to illustrate the range and complexity of US approaches to environmental problems. Issues include compensation for harm, enforcement, the best way to ensure compliance, and the underlying assumptions about chemicals in society that inform the regulatory system.
