ENVS 111 - Ecogastronomy Discussion This is a discussion-oriented class to accompany ENVS 110: An introduction to the art and science of food. The class will include discussion of the regional geography of agriculture and consumption patterns, Slow Food as a social movement, and ideas for sensible food systems in a university setting.
