ECON 389 - Economies of the Pacific Rim The Pacific Rim treated as a distinct economic region. Topics include economic development patterns, interdependence, and economic achievements and problems. Specific emphasis on trade, development and policy relations involving the U.S., Japan and the so-called newly industrialized countries.
