FAIR 356V - Site-Specific Art Students will explore the creation of three-dimensional art installations, environments and/or performances developed for specific locations outside of the traditional art gallery paradigm. Students will research histories of prospective sites and communities in order to write proposals and create thematic and socially relevant artworks. S/U grading. Repeatable up to 8 credits, including original course.
Prerequisites & Notes: FAIR 202A and one studio art course or instructor permission. ART 109 recommended.
