ELED 480 - Literacy: Beginning Communicators

Application of theoretical and research-based concepts of literacy. Teaching and learning of emergent/beginning communicators in a pluralistic society. Includes practicum experiences in an elementary or middle school classroom.

Prerequisites & Notes:
LING 201 or ELL 432 (or other linguistics course by approval) for ELED and ECE Dual Endorsement students; ELED 370 or ECE 391 for ECE majors; SPED 420 or ECE 391 for ECSE majors.
