CSCI 102 - Computer-Mediated Communications

This course teaches Internet skills, emphasizing the Internet as a medium of political, business communication, cultural and the basic principles of effective web site organization and design. Students will learn how to create static pages and how to implement designs consistent with web standards and best practices. Students will also learn about tools and technologies of modern responsive web design using HTML5 and CSS3; an introduction to JavaScript.

Prerequisites & Notes: Basic computer literacy.
