HUMA 360 - China and the Emerging World Economy: From Antiquity to the Early Modern The focus of this course will be early stages of the unfolding of ‘globalization’ in Eurasia, from antiquity into the early modern period, with particular attention given to China’s important role in these developments, and how it was affected in turn. Also offered as EAST 360.
